We have decided to join Our United Republic’s Robert Craft every other Thursday for the live Q & A Instruction sessions he is having on zoom. **************************************************************************************************** This is not about politics. This is about restoring what was lost.

When our Founding Fathers decided to separate from the tyranny of the British Crown, they drafted the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776 — declaring that our rights came not from kings or governments, but from God.

A few short years later, after fighting to secure those rights, they created the Constitution for the United States of America, signed on September 17, 1787.

This document didn’t establish a government “of” the United States, like a corporation. It created a union of sovereign states, governed by the people, under God’s law — a republic.

And when the people gathered outside Independence Hall and asked Benjamin Franklin, “What kind of government have you given us?”

He famously responded: “A republic… if you can keep it.”

Sadly, somewhere along the way — we didn’t.*

Why This Matters

Because your rights come from God — not government.
Because real government must have the consent of the governed.
Because what we have now operates like a corporation, not a republic.
Because your children deserve to inherit freedom — not servitude.

What Happened?

In 1861, as tensions boiled over between North and South, several Southern states walked out of Congress.

This broke quorum — meaning Congress could no longer lawfully conduct business.

But instead of adjourning properly, they left the session in limbo.

The constitutional government effectively went dark.

In the vacuum, military rule quietly stepped in — codified in The Lieber Code (General Orders 100) in 1863.

This military rule was supposed to be temporary, only lasting until the people reestablished lawful civil government.

But that never happened.

Then came the Organic Act of 1871, which incorporated the District of Columbia and laid the groundwork for municipalities and government structures to be treated like corporate entities — not sovereign republics.

This act, along with international banking interests and legal manipulation, allowed foreign influence — particularly through the Crown — to regain control from within.

Big bankers, lawyers, and foreign agents began embedding themselves deep into the American system.

Since then, what we’ve had is a de facto system — one that appears legitimate, but does not operate under original constitutional authority.

So What Can You Do?

Reassemble.

Lawfully. Peacefully. With knowledge and purpose.

Connect with others in Michigan who are restoring de jure government.
Help form or support your local General Jural Assembly.
Learn the foundational documents that confirm your authority — and responsibility.

This is a national movement, and we are here to help wherever you are.

A Word of Caution

There are people out there who claim to help — but have intentionally kept critical information out when assisting other states.

They left out key documents or forgot important thumb drives needed to get started.

They deliberately dropped the ball in multiple areas.

They have intentionally kept many members in the dark about information that we the people should be privy to, but yet claimed it had to be kept secret for some bogus reason or another

Whether knowingly or unknowingly, their actions have delayed real reassembly for years.

Use discernment. Don’t follow personalities — follow the law.
