Greetings to All,

The Michigan General Jural Assembly is very relevant and doing well.  It has not been overthrown.  No coup has occurred.  It has, however, rid itself of individuals that have not only broken their oaths but had caused this assembly to lose it’s focus and kept it from moving forward.  Those individuals were aligned with a person or persons of national prominence, namely Mr. Payne and company.  It seems like Mr. Payne has taken it upon himself to continue his persona of importance despite being admonished and told he should not continue his pursuit of the national-assembly platform.  This is a quote from a letter dated March 27, 2016, written by Robert Gilman to Destry Payne, “You do NOT make decisions that reflect on the integrity and continuity of the Assembly that has the appearance of your manipulating and taking initiative on the website that has not been given to you.  Don’t take it into your head that you can go around the Assembly by using your site and servers without the Assembly giving you the go-ahead”.  Despite this notice Mr. Payne has continued his presence and control of websites perceived to belong to other state assemblies.

Any state Assembly can follow the “Michigan Model”, but they are not controlled by Michigan, the national-assembly (which is not an authorized organization), or any individual, group, or faction, other than “We the People”, as Assemblies standing up united in their states.  Anyone who believes in God, the Constitution, and is a patriot believing in their heart that our Country is in trouble is welcome among us.  The only requirement for membership is a willingness to participate and accept the bond of commitment and unity.  We the People are a body of individuals assembling to unite our Republic.

The Assembly was stalled because of individual pressure and influence.  It wasn’t until the body stepped forward, with discussion and resolve, that those individuals that were unwilling to abide with the body and follow the rules were extricated.  The Assembly is very much alive and moving in a positive direction.  Evidence of this was brought forward in a conference call this last Monday evening when Ohio made it known that they are, like Michigan, very much in control and moving forward with their states recruiting and education programs.  I know there are other states that are going through various stages of “growth”.  We just need to reopen the lines of communication, put aside dominant personalities, and rejoin the cause that we all saw when we awoke to the facts, understanding that something needed to be done.

As we move forward continuing to assemble the Republic, we all need to reach out to each other.  Neighboring states can share topics and resources.  The one thing that is essential is communication with each other.  Michigan is currently hosting the Monday Evening Coordinators call.  This call has had discussions to open it up to more states.  We will therefore invite other states and anyone representing a state wishing to get started to attend this call.  There will be discussion on organizing a state, recruiting and education are also essential elements that we all need to continue to reinforce.

Notice to ALL,

This year of 2025, Michigan GJA has reached out to Alaska GJA on numerous occasions, and we have received ZERO responses in return. Alaska GJA has expressed that it is within their jurisdiction to ignore Michigan and post inflammatory rhetoric about Michigan General Jural Assembly and its members. Alaska GJA was out of their jurisdiction to pass any judgment on Michigan GJA. Had there been any issues, as sworn jurors, they had a duty to investigate both sides of the dispute, which they have failed to do. Anyone who follows the rhetoric without asking Michigan GJA for details has also failed in upholding their Jural Covenant of Oath.

In the past, Michigan GJA and Alaska GJA shared national election candidate information. Even with all this going on, Michigan GJA still sent out our national candidate names and BIOS to Alaska GJA. We have had no response and in not responding, Alaska GJA has withdrawn from the National Election. We in Michigan continued with our election and have chosen to post it nationally. Here are the results of our election.

Another case of people believing the slander and libel that the National Assembly Educational Platform has published, is that Michigan GJA has merged into/with Robert Craft’s ‘Our United Republic’. This is absolutely false. Again, homework was not done. MGJA stands in a unified friendship with Our United Republic. Both are independent of each other. The two groups have created a new organization called OUR-Michilimackinac Territory. If you would like to know more about this organization and its purpose, contact Comsec@michigan-dejure.org

Robert Gilman, founder of the MGJA, never intended for one person or state to have total control of the assembly. Which brings us to another topic. MGJA has not gone rogue, and we have not suddenly become unsettled. We used the Operations and Functions and did assembly business accordingly, and a few people did not like what was done lawfully. Their opinions do not matter, but the rules do. No other person or state has jurisdiction over any other state assembly. He/they cannot hold stolen ownership of a website and e-mail domains against the assembly’s knowledge or permission, then play the victim and claim otherwise. Michigan General Jural Assembly moved to a new domain so that the controllers / thieves had ZERO jurisdiction over our material and records.

MGJA is standing strong and standing lawfully.

This is not about politics. This is about restoring what was lost.

When our Founding Fathers decided to separate from the tyranny of the British Crown, they drafted the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776 — declaring that our rights came not from kings or governments, but from God.

A few short years later, after fighting to secure those rights, they created the Constitution for the United States of America, signed on September 17, 1787.

This document didn’t establish a government “of” the United States, like a corporation. It created a union of sovereign states, governed by the people, under God’s law — a republic.

And when the people gathered outside Independence Hall and asked Benjamin Franklin, “What kind of government have you given us?”

He famously responded: “A republic… if you can keep it.”

Sadly, somewhere along the way — we didn’t.
